Our product formulations are a homogenous blend of "colloids", sequesterants, surfactants, and hyperwetting agents that by a proprietary process of formulation and concentration become super active. Because of the incorporation of colloids in our products, the ceaseless random movement of molecules taking place in the compound stimulates a similar reaction in oils, greases, and other soils that need to be removed in most industrial processes. After our aqueous cleaners have penetrated these soils, they are lifted from the substrate being cleaned and suspended by a colloidal action. During the rinsing process the soils cannot recombine as the molecules actually repel each other due to the colloidal action. Because of this, our cleaners exhibit excellent rinsability characteristics. Because colloids generally are little known and less understood, a brief explanation of what they are and how they work are in order. See the technical overview.

UniClean VII is very effective as a general purpose cleaner for many
applications. Because
UniClean VII comes in a concentrated form, it can be diluted with water for
most applications
making UniClean very cost effective. UniClean can be diluted from full
concentrate to a dilution of 1 part UniClean VII to as much as 100 parts
water. To determine the best solution for the particular job, start with a mild
solution and gradually increase the strengh until the desired results are
obtained. It is important to note that time and energy can be saved by allowing
the UniClean to do most of the work. Accordingly, on difficult areas it is
suggested that the cleaner be given time to penetrate and break loose the
dirts, greases, oils and other soils from the surface before attempting to wipe
or rinse clean. Remember always rinse from the top down when possible.
The following is a partial list of common items that can be cleaned with
Uniclean VII: The dilution ratios are suggested ratios. You may vary these to
stronger or weaker mixtures depending on the cleaning problem at hand
UniClean VII is a unique superactive blend. It has an enormous variety of
industrial and home uses as a general purpose cleaner, degreaser, carpet or
fabric stain, mildew remover and deodorizer, multi-purpose soap/detergent
replacement or additve. It is non-flammable, non-toxic, non-hazardous,
environmentally safe, and biodegradeable. It contains no chlorides, nitrates,
phosphates, sulfates, or petroleum solvents, and can be used on wood, metal,
plastic, glass, painted surfaces, and concrete. Uniclean VII is entirely safe
for use on anything unharmed by water. In many cases, agitation, scrubbing, and
increased contact time will help UniClean VII,s unique cleaning action,
especially for really tough jobs. Removes grease, oils, animal fats and other
contaminates.
UniClean VII is an excellent cleaner for the removal of mill and processing
oils from metal fabrications prior to painting or powder coating. No oil film
forms on the water and rinsing is complete. UniClean VII may also be used in
spray washing and ultrasonic cleaning systems, as well as in soak, parts
washer, or hand operations. UniClean VII has been used in alkaline metal etch
tanks to improve the uniformity of the etch and retard the formation KoH and
metal ion salts. Because of the absence of chlorines and halogens, UniClean VII
is excellent for use in cleaning titanium. UniClean in full strength makes an
excellent cutting fluid in machining operations. After rinsing use your
compressed air hose to dry surfaces quickly.
UniClean VII is a heavy duty concentrated degreaser developed for the
industrial user.
Cost effective & flexible with excellent rinsability characteristics. Dilutable
for your specific cleaning needs. Removes grease & oils from metals, fabrics,
plastics, and optical components. Cleans hydrocarbon based contaminates as well
as animal fats. Works for hand wipe applications, dip tanks, parts washers,
and power washers. For specific degreasing operations by catagory refer to our
suggestions for High Tech, Medium Tech, and Low Tech applications.
For critical cleaning of parts that are generally smaller, and individual
components with high value. The required level of cleaning is critical to your
process. UniClean VII at the proper dilution has been used in critical areas
such as electronic cabinets, equipment decontamination, fiber optics, cleaning
filters of synthetic hydraulic fluids in aerospace applications,
telecomunications equipment, Testing & measurement equipment, optical grinding
and polishing operations, Process industries, research and other close
tolerance procedures. When diluting UniClean Concentrate for these types of
applications dilution should always be with distilled or de-ionized water.
Close to critical cleaning. The required level of cleaning is less than
critical but likely to cause quality control problems if not cleaned and rinsed
correctly. Examples would include; Ink removal from printing equipment. Works
well on water based, oil based, and soy based inks. Heavy equipment cleaning
and decontamination, Oil removal from fabricated metal products. Marine,
Charter and Pleasure Boat cleaning of all surfaces as well as bilge cleaning.
All kinds of degreasing.

Parts still need to be correctly cleaned but the process for achieving this goal is not as technical or exacting a standard or application. Low tech examples would include; Janitorial, Restaurants, Maintenance, Floor scrubbing, Degreasing shop floors, Glass cleaning, Hand cleaner, Power Washing, Fleet Vehicle Cleaning and General purpose industrial cleaning where waste reduction is important. Eliminates caustic or hazardous cleaners that would require reporting or special handling.
